If you have signed up for Ikeja Wireless Prime WiFi in South Africa, it is important to know how to make your monthly Ikeja payment or load voucher for hotspot connections.
Luckily, the widely used internet service provider has provided this information for its customers’ ease of reference. This article outlines the three easy ways to pay or load Ikeja voucher.
How to make your Ikeja payment
You can make your monthly Ikeja payment in three ways – using Prime vouchers, instant EFT or credit/debit card.

To load Ikeja voucher, simply visit the payment page here and log into your Prime account using your account number. Once you have logged in, you will see a green “Load Voucher” button. Enter your voucher number in the field provided and click the button.
Prime vouchers are available to buy at Flash or Kazang retail outlets across South Africa. Kazang retailers are mostly tuck shops and spaza shops. Flash retailers (where you buy 1ForYou vouchers) include Pep, Pep Cell, selected Shoprite or Checkers stores as well as tuck shops and spaza shops.
2. Pay Ikeja with instant EFT

3. Pay with credit/debit card
To pay with a credit or debit card, log into your account on the payment page and click the “Pay via credit card now” button. Next, enter the amount you wish to pay and click “Submit payment request.”
The website will then redirect you to a secure payment gateway, where you need to provide your email address and cellphone number. Next, follow the steps below:

How to connect to Ikeja hotspot
Before connecting, you first need to check whether you’re close to an Ikeja hotspot or not (You can see areas where Ikeja has coverage here). To do this, navigate to the Wi-Fi menu on your cellphone. If you can see “Ikeja hotspot” in the list of available networks, it means you will be able to connect to it. Simply tap on it to connect.
You will then be redirected to the Ikeja log in page, where you’ll have an option to receive 15 minutes of free access to the internet by click the “Get 15 minutes free!” button. If you’re not automatically redirected, go to your internet browser and type ikeja.co.za (without the www).
If you wish to stay connected for longer, you will need to load a voucher PIN in the “Load a voucher” field. Once you have loaded the voucher successfully, you will see a timer showing how many hours are left for the amount you bought. Next, tap on “Click to go online” to start using the internet.
You can get daily vouchers for R5 (24 hours), weekly vouchers for R30 (seven days) or monthly vouchers for R120 (30 days).
