I applied in store through an agent and my application was successful. I waited 2 months for the call to collect the card but did not receive it. I contacted pep store through WhatsApp several times, talked to an agent but still have not received the SMS or call to collect my card. when I call the customer care the agents make as if they cannot hear me and disconnects the call.
