To begin your Ackermans account application online, visit their application webpage and click the “Proceed” button under the “Get an Ackermans Account” tab. Provide the required details and follow the prompts to complete your registration.

The application process takes up to 48 to 72 hours as long as the documents you provide are correct. You will receive a reference number via SMS once your account is approved. The reference number will enable you to activate your account, after which you can start shopping immediately.

This will allow you to make a payment arrangement or commitment, which you can also do online on their “Promise to Pay” (PTP) webpage or via WhatsApp.
