Sho Madjozi is reaching for the stars y’all, and none other than American rapper, singer and songwriter Missy Elliot has taken notice.
The US legend watched Madjozi’s performance of a previously unreleased track called John Cena and was simply blown away.
The Huku hitmaker performed John Cena for COLORSXSTUDIOS, a music platform that showcases talent from around the world.
COLORSXSTUDIOS posted a short video of the performance on Twitter on Thursday to absolutely rave reviews.
The tweet has racked up over 15,000 likes and hundreds of replies so far.
The one and only Missy Elliot was among those who took time to not only reply, but also retweet.
Talk about levels! Madjozi was touched by Missy’s mention and replied that it meant a lot to her.
“That means so much coming from you! I love you so much,” she wrote.
A day after Missy Elliot’s tweets, Madjozi simply couldn’t believe it all. She posted on Twitter once again about it.
