Small-scale farmers in South Africa will be delighted to learn that leading outdoor tool manufacturer, Husqvarna, is set to return to NAMPO 2023.

“NAMPO has always been one of our most important events,” Husqvarna South Africa’s Marketing Manager Tim Isabirye says. “It gives us the opportunity to meet our customers face-to-face, have conversations about their challenges and successes, and showcase our expertise in light agriculture.”
Visitors will have a chance to view Husqvarna’s range of ergonomic equipment specifically designed to meet the needs of small-scale farmers, including tillers and sprayers for soil preparation and crop care. The company will also showcase it products in forestry, gardening, and veld management.
“NAMPO gives us the space to present some of the best of what we have to offer in an interactive environment where current and future customers have an opportunity to experience the full range of products and accessories first-hand,” Tim adds.
Visitors to the Husqvarna stand (Stand f17) can also take advantage of exclusive show specials on top outdoor equipment, including the 565 Chainsaw, TF435P Tiller, 129C Trimmer, and 15L Backpack Sprayer.
You will also be able to meet the team at NAMPO and receive expert advice from Husqvarna’s experienced and professional staff, including Managing Director, Pieter Smuts; Product Specialist, Mark Odell; and Tree Professional Business Development Manager, Charles Henderson.
NAMPO 2023 dates and tickets prices
NAMPO 2023 will take place from 16-19 May 2023 at NAMPO Park in Bothaville, Free State. The event is officially known as the 55th presentation of the Harvest Day. This year’s theme is “Agriculture Innovated.” The event will “showcase agriculture’s latest technology, machinery, innovations, and productivity solutions,” Grain SA states in a press release.
Tickets prices are R100 for Tuesday and Friday if you make an advance booking online at Ticketpro. If you buy a ticket at the gate (venue), it’s R120. Children under the age of seven get free entry.
For Wednesday and Thursday, the ticket price is R110 if you buy online in advance. At the gate, it will be R130. Children under the age of seven get free entry. Parking is free. Gates open at 07h00 and close at 17h00.
