The DPSA Circular 2 of 2023 is now available to view or download after the Department of Public Service and Administration published it on Friday, 20 January.
The circular, which is the second of the year, contains over 300 pages of the latest government job vacancies across national departments and provincial administrations in South Africa.
DPSA Circular 2 of 2023
Job seekers in South Africa can view the latest government job vacancies contained in DPSA Circular 2 of 2023 on the DPSA website here. The circular can also be downloaded as PDF.
All provinces have advertised vacancies this week except Limpopo and Free State. A further 17 national departments or institutions are also offering jobs, including the Office of the Chief Justice and the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID).
Job seekers can also visit the DPSA newsroom webpage to find links to specific provinces, departments or institutions that have vacancies. This is especially useful if you have a particular entity that you wish to work for.
Some of the jobs advertised by national departments are located across the country, not just in South Africa’s administrative capital of Pretoria.
The available positions range from management-level (such as Chief Directors and Directors), middle-level (such as Deputy Directors) to entry-level jobs such as administrative clerks and drivers.
If you have found a job you wish to apply for, be sure to apply before the deadline and to the entity that is making the advertisement, not the DPSA. Also make sure to use the correct reference number.
Furthermore, be on the lookout for any specific directions or guidelines for that particular vacancy, such as registration for the Senior Management Pre-entry Programme and providing proof of that registration in your application. So, brush up your CV (you can attach it to the Z83 application form) and all the best!
