The Department of Public Service and Administration has published DPSA Circular 42 of 2022 which contains the latest government job vacancies in South Africa as of 4 November.
“This circular is, except during December, published on a weekly basis and contains the advertisements of vacant posts and jobs in public service departments,” the Department said.

You can view or download DPSA Circular 42 of 2022 on the Department’s website. There are dozens of available positions ranging from senior management posts to mid- and entry-level government jobs.
Job seekers can also narrow their search via DPSA’s latest circular page, where the Department has allocated each department or province a link to view jobs for that particular entity.
19 departments and seven provincial administrations have made advertisements in this week’s circular, which came back down to the usual range of 227 pages after a high of 305 pages in last week’s circular.
“Applications on form Z83 with full particulars of the applicants’ training, qualifications, competencies, knowledge and experience (on a separate sheet if necessary or a CV) must be forwarded to the department in which the vacancy/vacancies exist(s),” DPSA said.
“Applicants must indicate the reference number of the vacancy in their applications. It must be ensured that applications reach the relevant advertising departments on or before the applicable closing dates.”
Additionally, in case applicants have inquiries about an advertised post, they must contact the entity that made the advertisement, not DPSA. Good luck!
