Rewardsco, a business services provider in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, has launched a new telesales jobs programme that pays a full-month’s salary for half-day shifts.
Telesales agents taking up the offer will earn a full-day’s pay for 5.5 hours of work, according to a statement the company issued this week.

“We at Rewardsco believe in creating a world of opportunities for career growth and success for our greatest asset – our people,” the company’s head of sales operations Angelo Cornelesen said.
“We have found an incredible formula that allows our people to do things they ordinarily wouldn’t have been able to do working nine hours a day. Successful candidates need to be highly self-motivated and driven to succeed.”
The programme offers telesales agents the freedom of working alternating morning and afternoon shifts without sacrificing their basic salaries or commission-earning potential.
The company trialled the dual-shift programme earlier this year and is now expanding it to a larger pool of 150 agents/consultants. It promises “even more opportunities” in the future, citing the benefits of a healthy work-life balance for employees.
“We’ve heard many stories about how agents are spending more quality time with loved ones or just simply unplugging from work and enjoying some quiet time,” Cornelesen added.

Once you have provided these details, upload your CV and confirm if you have recent outbound telesales experience. Click “Submit Application” when you’re done.
Rewardsco also said it is “one of very few call centres where jobseekers can just walk into their premises at 2 Ncondo Place on the Umhlanga Ridge during business hours for an immediate interview.”

Regarding requirements, you need at least six month’s experience on local MTN and Vodacom Retentions Campaigns. Additionally, you must be able to work rotational shifts between 8am and 7.30pm and have a proven track record.
