For planning purposes, it is important for social grants recipients in South Africa, including for the old age pension, to know the SASSA payment dates for October 2022 on time.
For this reason, the South African Social Security Agency maintains an online schedule to keep grant recipients well informed at all times.
SASSA payment dates for October 2022
As the official schedule, the SASSA payment dates for October 2022 are as follows:
- 3 October – Old Age Pension Grant.
- 4 October – Disability Grants.
- 5 October – Children’s Grants and other grants.
The dates start on the 3rd because the 1st and 2nd October fall on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
