The Department of Public Service and Administration has uploaded Circular 42 which contains the latest DPSA vacancies for November 2021.
This is the third-last circular for this year, as the department is expected to publish the last one on 10 December 2021 before the festive season break.

It contains public service job advertisements in national departments as well as provincial governments across South Africa.
The circular also provides directions to would-be applicants on how to make their applications, including using the applicable reference numbers and applying before the respective deadlines.
“Applications on form Z83 with full particulars of the applicants’ training, qualifications, competencies, knowledge and experience (on a separate sheet if necessary or a CV) must be forwarded to the department in which the vacancy/vacancies exist(s),” it states.
The circular specifies the pages for each national department or provincial government for ease of perusal.

New Z83 form
The circular advises applicants to use the new Z83 form which became effective as from 1 January 2021, and which can be downloaded in PDF here.
There is also an editable Z83 application form which is available for download here.
“Applicants requiring additional information regarding an advertised post must direct their enquiries to the department where the vacancy exists,” DPSA said.
“The Department of Public Service and Administration must not be approached for such information.”
