The Director of 33 & Me Talent Agency, Elsubie Verlinden, has secured $250,000 in partial scholarships for South African talent to study at the prestigious American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in Los Angeles or New York City.

IATS AMDA scholarships: ‘Anything is possible’
Elsubie, who will be the Premier Agent for AMDA in South Africa, says, “This is your season. If you work hard, do the preparation and perfect your craft, anything is possible.”
Elsubie is also Producer at The International ARTS Talent Showcase (IATS), which will hold its 11th annual showcase from 23 to 25 September 2021 at the Silverstar Casino in Krugersdorp. This year’s theme is “My African Dream.”
“We are super excited to announce that we have contestants from all nine provinces present at our 11th Annual ARTS Talent Showcase. This year’s calibre is high and we are ready to showcase our local talent to the world,” Elsubie explains.
“The program will be insightful, educational and inspirational. It will share the stories of hopeless dreamers that become victorious do’ers. Through years of experience, we have created platforms where creatives can launch their career paths both locally and internationally.”
This year’s showcase will be broadcast on the Live Your Dream TV show on VIA TV. Founded by Elsubie, the show’s aim is to inspire young, new and aspiring talent to live out their unique dream.
