Gqom star Babes Wodumo has denied that she’s the one posting on Twitter about singer Lady Zamar.
In a video posted on Instagram on Thursday morning, Babes Wodumo said someone hacked one of her cellphone numbers and took over her Twitter account.
She added that the same person has been threatening her on WhatsApp and posted another post with a screenshot of the chat.
In an interview with TshisaLIVE, Babes also denied making fun of Lady Zamar’s acne in a viral video.
I woke up to calls telling me I was trending on Twitter and had no idea about the video. This person who hacked my account is asking for money. It was not me.

Many on Twitter have been made to believe that the person is Babes Wodumo, sparking widespread criticism against her.
A tweet on what appeared to be Babes Wodumo’s account however expressed defiance and told off the critics.
I said what I said and I don’t care if you guys hate me or not I’m proud. I meant what I said hence why the video is everywhere so that you guys can see! I can drop a song anytime you guys will still download it and book me as well so!! [Sic]
