Brilliant Khuzwayo’s name has inexplicably gone missing from Orlando Pirates’ list of goalkeepers on its website.
The talented keeper, who joined the Buccaneers at the start of last season from Kaizer Chiefs, has been battling a longterm ankle injury.
He didn’t feature in Pirates’ games last season and was withdrawn from Saturday’s Carling Black Label Cup squad list.
According to coach Milutin Sredojevic, Khuzwayo’s withdrawal was based on medical advice.
He added that the 29-year-old star’s return will be subject to a medical clearance.
It is something beyond my authority. Medical people are coming and giving advice and we cannot go beyond that.

However, fans are now anxious after Khuzwayo’s name went missing on the Bucs website.
As of Tuesday morning, only Siyabonga Mpontshane, Wayne Sandilands and Joris Delle appeared on the list.
A video of the Bucs’ New jersey numbers posted on the club’s Twitter page also left out Khuzwayo among the goalkeepers.
Fans have expressed confusion and sadness about this turn of events. Some demanded answers from the club.
