Julius Malema has claimed that the African National Congress (ANC) will remove President Cyril Ramaphosa at the party’s National General Council (NGC) next year.
Speaking at a press briefing in Johannesburg on Wednesday, the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader added that Deputy President David Mabuza would then take over leadership of the country.
This is because Ramaphosa is “wishy-washy” about implementing ANC’s conference resolutions, including expropriation of land without compensation, Malema said.
The reality of the situation is that Ramaphosa won’t finish his term. The man is stuck.
If [he] dares remove people from the list, they are working on the ground and they are talking to branches. The NGC will take place in June. He won’t come back. I can tell you now. DD [Mabuza] is going to be put in as the president. We are in trouble.

Malema further claimed that white people have become more “arrogant” because they view Ramaphosa as “their man.”
He claimed Ramaphosa articulates Democratic Alliance (DA) policies while speaking to white people, but articulates EFF policies while speaking to black people.
